Battery Slow Charging Performance Test | Battery Charging Test
The purpose of the battery charging performance test is to check the charging ability of the lithium-ion battery in different states. Battery charging performance test includes battery slow charging performance test and battery fast charging performance test.
Among them, battery slow charging refers to a mode of charging at a lower rate.
The battery slow charging performance test is performed at a specific temperature, including low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature environment, focusing on charging capacity, charging energy and charging time. The specific test procedure is as follows.
1) Discharge the battery to the specified discharge cut-off conditions in a specific discharge procedure at ambient temperature.
2) The battery is left to stand at the target temperature.
3) At the target temperature, charge the battery with the set charging method until the charging cut-off condition, and record the charging capacity, charging energy and charging time.
4) Put the battery in a normal temperature environment until the temperature is balanced.
5) Discharge the battery to the specified discharge cut-off conditions in a specific discharge procedure at ambient temperature, and record the discharging capacity and discharging energy.
Record the test results in Table 1-1.
